Students will apply the knowledge gained through workshops to develop a business idea, conduct research, analyze financials, and create a comprehensive project report with the help of mentors.

Following is the process flow for the project work by the students:
1. An Industry overview to the students by expert/mentor and information on expected project outcomes
2. Selection of the project topic by the students from the provided list

4. Preparation of a detailed project report

Project Work

Deliverables by Veecap Eduventures Pvt Ltd:

1. EDP Syllabus (140 hours): A comprehensive syllabus has been designed that covers all aspects of entrepreneurship development, including practical exposure, industry insights, and technical knowledge.
2. Digital Course Content (100 hours): We will provide detailed content for the theory classes, including module-based structured learning to ensure students understand core concepts.
3. Workshops and Webinars:

• 8 hours of webinars led by industry experts covering sector-specific topics.

• 10 hours of workshop focusing on the entrepreneurial journey.
  

4. Project Work Guidance:

• Assist students in selecting appropriate project topics from provided options.

• Provide mentorship during the research, analysis, and report preparation phases.

• Support students in preparing for presentations and viva sessions.

5. Industry Expert Sessions and Support:

• Continuous support from industry mentors for workshops and project guidance.

• Sessions during the project work phase for expert advice and feedback.

6. Student Evaluation:

• Conduct viva and evaluations of the students based on their project reports.

• Provide detailed feedback to ensure students grasp the entrepreneurial concepts effectively.

7. Certification of Completion: Students will receive certificates upon successful completion of the course in collaboration with E-Cell IIT Guwahati adding value to their academic profiles and showcasing their entrepreneurial knowledge.

Incubation and Acceleration Support for Selected Entrepreneurs and Intrapreneurs:

Once students complete the entrepreneurship course, we will evaluate their entrepreneurial ideas, selecting the most promising ventures for further incubation and acceleration. Our incubation program will be hosted at the prestigious Research Park Incubation Centre, IIT Guwahati, and will include the following:

• Office Space & Infrastructure: Selected entrepreneurs will receive dedicated office space at IIT Guwahati to work on their ventures, along with access to state-of-the-art technology infrastructure.

• Business Advisory Services: Entrepreneurs will benefit from advisory services that will guide them in refining their business models, developing prototypes, and building Minimum Viable Products (MVPs).

• Mentorship & Expert Guidance: We will provide continuous mentorship and expert guidance from seasoned entrepreneurs, industry leaders, and faculty members from IIT Guwahati. Entrepreneurs will receive support in areas like market research, customer acquisition, product development, and scaling.

• Funding & Networking Opportunities: We will assist entrepreneurs in preparing for investor pitch presentations and connecting them with potential investors. Through our extensive network of angel investors, venture capitalists, and industry partners, students will have access to potential funding and partnership opportunities. Additionally, demo days will be organized for startups to showcase their progress.

• Legal, Financial, & Business Consulting: Entrepreneurs will receive legal, financial, and business consulting services to help them navigate the complexities of launching and scaling a business.

• Workshops, Seminars, & Internships: Regular workshops and seminars will be conducted, enabling entrepreneurs to interact with investors, business leaders, and industry experts. Selected students will also be provided with internships to gain practical industry experience. Furthermore, students will be given platforms to showcase their entrepreneurial ideas to potential investors.

• Platform to Showcase Entrepreneurial Ideas to Investors: Through ThinkTide and our entrepreneurial ecosystem, students will have the opportunity to present their business ideas to a network of angel investors, venture capitalists, and industry leaders. Regular demo days and pitch events will be organized, providing invaluable exposure and opportunities for investment.
